The Home Cinema Centre primarily sells within the UK. We are able to ship goods to Europe and beyond. Please contact us for a shipping quotation. In these instances payment will only be accepted via direct BACS payment.

However we cannot be held responsible for any material error made in terms of description or pricing made on this site, colour of certain items may also differ depending on the quality/settings of your computer monitor. Packaging may differ from that shown on the website. A VAT receipt is available on request.

As soon as you have placed your order you will be sent an initial e-mail confirming your order.

Upon receipt of your order we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of availability and estimated delivery time. You will also receive a unique reference number that represents your order with us. Alternatively you can contact the shop and query availability of any item prior to ordering.

Withdrawal & Cancellation Rights

When buying goods and services over the internet, you are entering into a legally binding contract. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging. We recommend that you use a registered service for your return as we will not be held responsible for damage incurred in transit even if the goods were originally faulty. If damage occurs or the goods are not returned as new they will be returned to you.

Ordering Errors

Ordering errors can be rectified before clicking on the commit to buy button on the website and also before you enter your card details.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are clearly stated on items on the commit to buy area of the website.

If the item is to be sent to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address, you are advised to contact us first.

It is also to be noted that where sending to the Highlands, Islands and the Channel Isles, there may incur extra costs and we should be contacted first for a quote.

Warranty

All of our new products are supplied with the full manufacturers’ warranty – typically one or two years – unless otherwise stated. Please ask for details on specific items

All used products are supplied with a minimum of three months warranty.

Additionally we provide a free of charge extended guarantee on certain products.

Please note that there will be a service charge on items returned where no fault is found.

Exclusions. We will not cover repairs as a result of non-domestic use, neglect or deliberate damage

We will not repair or replace items that are user replaceable including but not limited to batteries and bulbs

We will not repair or replace cosmetic damage and/or damage that does not alter the performance of the product.

Any inconvenience or loss suffered by not being able to use the product

Any loss other than the repair or replacement of the product.

WEEE Regulations:

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (or WEEE) Regulations are now U.K. law. All European member States including the U.K. have agreed to reduce the amount of WEEE that is being disposed of in landfill sites.
